Sorry you lost the bid for the book, I'd been trying to find a copy for a
few years. I finally got an inter-library loan. A few California
libraries have a copy, but I'm sorry I don't remember which ones.

You might try the Strand Bookstore in NYC. They carry a lot of used books.

Hi, The Clinton book is great for lusters. Hope you find it.

for out of print books. Alibris is great, and you can ask
"Fetch" to look for your book at other sites. The URL is:
