strange wrist pain : thanks!

Dear friends,

Thank you all SO MUCH for the info and ideas that you had. Over extension,
as Phil suggested, sounds very likely, and as Ivor suggested, I may be
throwing clay that is not soft enough. And no Lily, I have not yet seen a
specialist, only the HMO general practitioner. I am in fact currently
without insurance but within a week my COBRA will kick in (which means the
insurance coverage provided by my past employer will once again be covering
me, now that I=B9m paying for it) and I can go back to them and ask them to
take a look at some of the more specific things mentioned =AD or refer me to =
a
specialist!

Also have an appointment on Friday with my acupuncturist, and have ordered
vitamins and supplements.
