Millie on mon 27 oct 03
did anyone else watch Antiques Road Show tonight? They featured
several wonderful pots. the one that really facinated me was one by a
arts and crafts company called niloak which is kaolin spelled
backward. the pot was about 24" tall in a multi colored clay called
Mission swirl pattern.
there was also a pot from Boch Freres Keramis of Belgium, but I guess
my favorite was a huge traditional alkaline glazed Southern double
handled storage jug.
Millie in Md. after watching the fires in Calif, I think I would
rather have the Hurricanes that we have here on the East coast.
