Hello Claybuds,
Just wanted to say a few words about the "Sunday" talk at the
Burlington Arts Centre by Ron Roy and Johnathon Smith. But first,
let me tell you that there were 4 people there because of Clayart.
Chris Campbell sent an e-mail to her brother and wife telling them
that they should check this place out, and definitely go to the talk.
Also "Cody" and his wife were there from upper New York State.
It was one of those comfortable talks, as Ron says, it's comfortable
talking to potters because we are family. It always feels good when
I sit and listen to people whose opinion I respect, talk about pots.
Tony C was there putting his good 2 cents in, which always stimulates
more discussion.
It was the last day of Fireworks 2001, that Ron and I juried, and as
I was looking at the pieces, I felt again what a good show it was.
