I am getting tired of being told "there's no truck for delivery=20
until next week". I want my clay darnit! =20
Soft! Gushy! Earthy smelling! Ummmmm! :>)

So I decided to try a porcelain recipe that I think will=20
work well for what I want to attempt, and I'll mix it
"with my very own hands". (I'm WAY over waiting for a truck
and paying dearly for the "priviledge".)

Problem is, the recipe calls for "Buckingham Feldspar",
and none of the suppliers in my area seem to carry it.
Does anyone know of a supplier in the S.E. US, or is there a=20
reasonable substitute (Custer maybe?)
Can anyone help?
TIA,

Buckingham Spar was mined in Buckingham, Quebec.
It is not available anymore.

Use Custer spar instead.

Hi Wayne,

I think you should just go ahead and try Custer or G-200 spar. I've used
both in Porcelain bodies, and in that application, there isn't a whole
lot of difference.

Happy mixing,

Hi Wayne,

Well - as you already know - Buck spar is long gone - G200 is the closest
substitute - one for one will do it.
