Interesting how olden day techniques are conserved for future =
generations. As a kid and even later I enjoyed watching candy makers =
assemble the "Loaves" for figured candy rock. Amazing how they infused =
the sugar with air to get that pearl translucency, how they assembled =
letters in red to showing the white background.
I got hold of a kilo of enamel Millefiori some time ago. I think its =
Venetian. The stuff fascinated me.
