Hello,
Got a phone call today from a friend who needs to replace her shimpo wheel
that was in the floods caused by Hurricane Isabel. It does need some work,
and from what I gather would be more of a permanent loan than a sale or
giveaway. It is easier for my friend to buy a new one than to try to get
this one fixed, but from what I understand, it CAN be fixed if you are
mechanically inclined (or currently partnered to someone who is!).
As I=B9m writing this I realized that I don=B9t have a lot of information, but
if you=B9re in the DC area and would like to consider this, I will get more
