Robin Hopper demonstrates Tapping on
Center on one of his terrific videos. If I
can find the time ..... I have lots of time;
at least
as much as anybody else has; the
issue is too
much Filler..... anyway, IF I can find the
time I'll see which tape it is. =20

Drat...... is it Robin ...... or Bonnie...... or
Nils??? I'll look it up and see. All of these
tapes, by the way, Do the job we would
hope they'd Do when we purchase them.
Sound unnecessary to say? Not really.
I've bought a couple of videos that were so
poorly done, they were more confusing than
helpful. Bonnie's latest on slabs&coils fills
in gaps I didn't know I had.

Robin's has examples of pots from many
other potters as well as his own. I was
enchanted by
the work of his wife, Judy Dyell (sp?)
and now possess a soft gray high-sided
bowl with crystals and that lovely piercing
around the rim.

Anyway, I learned how to tap on center from
videos...... AND still use my Giffen Grip ....

#1 is meaningfully clearing his throat; westie
is more direct....... she's biting my toes....
