old pickup truck again

Thanx Mel, as a recovering scavevger who has recently posted to this
list in rather uncompromising terms about the importance of conservation (as
in not driving gas guzzlers) the wonderful list of stuff you have acquired
has once again knocked me off my recovery wagon.
I'll be gettin myself an old truck again soon. I just can't stand it
anymore. Owned one for twenty plus years. Actually enjoy driving a small
fuel efficient vehicle. But I do miss my scavenger days something awful.
Used to cruise the city streets in the neighborhood on heavy trash pick up
days and found a world o stuff that was still good to go, cosmetics not
withstanding.
Unfortunately I don't have a farm (our city lot is 50x100 and the
yuppies are building half million dollar three story shotgun victorian
wannabe's on half that space around us) so I'll send my wife in your
direction when she starts to get heated about the growing mound of stuff
back behind the shop.
One person trash is anothers treasure
