Went to the doctor on Monday to check out this pain in my left wrist that I
wrote about several weeks back. Much different response from my HMO doctor
this time (the first time they took xrays, then shrugged when nothing showe=
d
up). I went armed with all the information from the emails that I received
in response to my question on Clayart, and within 15 minutes walked out wit=
h
a referral to a hand specialist. I really do have a sense that when I
mentioned what other potters had told me, and was knowledgeable (or at leas=
t
appeared so!) about the wrist, I was taken more seriously than before.
We=B9ll see what happens next!
