Creep and other esoteric material functions

Dear Earl Brunner,

Thank you for your concern for the needs of Taylor in Waco.

It is possible that in resolving this situation you may have to relate =
to three levels of Creep. But as I suggested to Taylor, do the search =
for Ice and Plasticity. It is most probable this concept has a direct =
bearing on the development of plasticity in Potters Clay. This becomes =
more so if you can accept that the Double Ionised Hydrated layer =
dominated by Zeta potential around each clay particle seems to account =
for little more or less than one tenth of the available water.

Thanks for your interest.

Best regards,
