Great news!

The City of Greenbelt Department of Recreation and Greenbelt Pottery presen=
t
a clay workshop with Clayart=B9s very own Mel Jacobson entitled =B3The Art of
Functional Pottery,=B2 January 9, 10, and 11, 2004 at the Greenbelt Community
Center Ceramic Studio, in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Friday: 7:30 pm =AD 10 pm for slides and discussion
Saturday and Sunday 10 am =AD 4 pm Demos and hands- on

$110 for Greenbelt City Residents, $120 for Non-residents

Clay can be purchased separately at the studio for $13/25 lb. bag.

Greenbelt is located in Maryland, right off both the Baltimore Washington
Parkway (for Baltimore potters) and the Capital Beltway. The community
center facilities are WONDERFUL, and if you don=B9t know Greenbelt, it=B9s a
real gem: built as a planned community as part of the New Deal, it=B9s
downtown area is still a housing co-op, all built in =B3streamlined art deco=B2
style.
