Hi ya,

Slightly OT (well perhaps a lot), but the only .to users I've seen so far
have been clay people.

So what is the advantage of the .to domain ? I notice that the only ones
I've seen using it are from Aus. So John Dellow, Ian Currie, or Steve
Harrison etc. was there a specific reason why the .to was preferrable ? It
seems very expensive by comparison with regular domains ? Was it just to be
able to get the name you wanted or was there more to it ?

Thanx
Daniel

Hi Kathy,

Interesting read in wired. It did seem that Tonga was generating revenue in
return for a free and easy processing procedure. That said getting .com is
hardly hard unless you want something in use, admittedly a common enough
experience. .to just stood out like a sore thumb in the naming convention.
Mind you IANA doesn't seem to mind.

Thanx
D

Thanx John,

Really liked looking at your stuff by the way. The scale of your work kills
me. How do you centre 40-50 kg ?!! I like the chimney pots but the planters
are really great - what sort of size are they ? They look at least a couple
of feet.

Worongary looks like a nice spot. I've been through that area but not for a
while. I must say I was puzzled by Blue Mountains pottery in QLD until I
read your blurb.

Thanx
D
