what i object to most when confronted with
academic artspeak is:
the slightly nasal/almost british accent
and the finger tips bouncing together.
(of course they were born on a farm just outside
of des moines, iowa.)
yes, yeeees, i seee, oh, my, i seeee.
so nice that you think that wayyyy.
yes, yessss.
and, of course, the more art speakers there are,
the more nasal, and more fake british accent we
hear.
