photo set-up please

Some one posted a picture of their photo set up a few weeks back (I don't
remember who, sorry),could you please post it again or send it to me off
line??

I thought I book-marked it but I must not have or I did it wrong and I can't
find it in the archives either.

That was perfect for almost figuring out what I have been doing wrong!
(I was trying to aim the lights at the pots, which gives horrible hot
spots.)

Now my last question- the top reflector, is it white or silver? (Or
does it matter?)
