thanks so much to all of you who gave me information and a lot of neat
advice..based upon your posts, I decided against the wonderful pentax
optio, ( even though it sounds like the perfect camera)...due to its
size....I would probably lose it
looking at the minolta dimage, Kodak easyshare, ...the one I'm really
leaning toward is the Olympus S300.... feels good in the hand, seems
simple to operate, has had pretty good reviews...and, I can buy it
locally (not on the web)...
we'll see,,,,

judy, in mid Michigan, where the 7inches of predicted snow was about
2...very pretty as I overlook our woods and wetlands....
