I just recieved Brian Gartside's three posters of textured glazes. They
come at a very good time when I am starting a new project with a local
museum and need some new ideas for textured glazes for the tiles I will be
making. Most use 2 or three common ceramic ingredients which are measured
volumentrically. Each poster is a different firing temperature. If you
haven't seen his website, it is http://www.briangartside.info. He has
photos of the posters there. I am hoping to have him here in May for a
workshop in our area so he can share his methods with us.
