Recommendto the board the instructions that George Ohr gave to his son prior to his passing.
This was to lock up the pots for fifty years after he died before they are put up for sale.
Now, George wouldn't let a customer enter his booth at the craft show to buy a single pot. Oh no. They were told to buy the whole display or it was nothing.
So, tell the big lawyer to BUY Mud Daubers name and everything else associated with it. Or wait fifty years after the last Mud Dauber dies and then they can lay claim to the name.
If you take the money, invest it in new tools, scholarships, studio etc to keep your group going. I suggest renaming it George Oar or Roger Mudd Dawbers or something like that.
I am so tired of the current politics of this country.
The brown beans are baking, the bread is rising and the homebrew is ready to tap. Gotta get to the studio to do some sliptrailing...
Smiling in the cold.........
