For superior scrapers for your wedging table, go to an auto parts store and
get the flexible plastic scrapers they use for applying body putty. They
are soft enough that they will not dig into a plaster surface, and yet rigid
enough that they do an excellent job of scraping off the clay.

I went and got some today, and they are great for scraping off clay witho=
ut
damaging the plaster. I got them from our local automotive store.
