clay allergy? (was greenware cleaning tips)

I will bet that the red face syndrome is NOT an allergy or
anything untoward. I is more than likely that it is simply
because you have been HOLDING YOUR BREATH!!! Honestly! My Mother
suffered the same symptoms.... Went as red as a turkey cock...
We worried about heart, blood pressure, all sorts of ailments...
No... It was simple Ma-made concentration. I prefer the
stick-out-tongue technique myself... But each to their own!

Sincerely

> Many times my wife has commented about how red the skin on
my face is
>after I have been cleaning greenware. It does NOT hurt or itch
and goes
>away after a few hours. I wonder if it is an alergic reaction
to the
>clay. It does not happen when I am modeling with "wet" clay.
