just wanted to acknowledge the fine business practices of our own john
hesselberth. just received my glazemaster upgrade cd and new handbook
free of charge and at no request. it's a fantastic program and is now
even better.
congratulations john for taking such good care of your customers. i am
so thankful that you are a part of the clay community, we're very lucky
to have you.
