olympic kiln: repair person near atlanta?

Morning, Clayart folks,

I have a two year old electric Olympic kiln that I've discovered has a
burned out electrical connection in the box on the top ring. Can any of you
put me in touch with someone in the general vicinity of Atlanta, Georgia,
USA who does kiln work and who could give me an estimate on fixing it?

I've just moved into new quarters as well, and the kiln needs to be wired
properly, so I'd be interested in someone who could do (or at least advise
me on) that as well. (Of course I can get an electrician in, and I'd rather
have some expertise at hand to offset my ignorance in the kilinary arts.)

TIA for your advice and assistance,

Alan Stewart

Alan,
The interbox plug and receptacle is what you are describing. The part is
$25.00. If you bring the kiln to us in Flowery Branch, we will install it
for you and only charge you for the part. If you want it replaced on site
then I would recommend Bruce Post or Laurie Allison, who are both here in
Atlanta. Bruce's phone # is (770)487-1937. Laurie's # is (770)925-8089.
Call me if you have any questions.
