I just got a call from Warren MacKenzie and he said that he had received =
lots of wonderful cards and good wishes from a lot of people he didn't =
know, and that he wanted in some way to thank them all.
He asked me to post a "THANK YOU" from him and to say it was "Nice to =
hear from them" and that he appreciated all the good wishes!
