hi bryan,
since i recently ITC'd my kiln, i can answer:
nope! opening is too small. get a sand blaster spray gun (i got a nice gravity feed one, also cheap from harbor freight). worked like a charm. (in one of my posts at the time i was getting ready to apply the ITC, i mentioned i'd use the HVLP, but i never even tried it. once you see the itc, you'll see you need something that can handle the large sand-like grit that's in it)
