For any Bone injuries, or the desire to avoid them...or to
ammend them...


Lay off 'dairy products'...all of them...'period'...


They actually leech out more Calcium than they provide...


Eat lots of fresh green Veggies and raw things...'Bean' or
'Lentil' soups even as are NOT overcooked...find some 'Hard
Physical Work' to do soon as possible ( if ye were not
already doing it, as Calcium assimilation NEEDS HARD various
Physical WORK...as do strong Bones...ahem...) Seguays from
making Pots...


And steer clear of commercial 'meat'...of any kind...if ye
like 'meat' eat ONLY Ocean caught fish...never eat any
'farm-raised' fish of any kind.


That hip joint will heal up better than it had been in
decades...will become as resillient as a 'Pick
Handle'...better even than that...you could jump off the
Roof if you want to...


And it won't cost you tens or hundreds of thousands of
dollars on doctors as are happy to see you suffer for their
job-security.
