I'd like to invite all the Clayarters in eastern Washington State to drop by
Allied Arts Gallery in Richland next Sunday, march 8, from 1 to 3 PM for the
opening of a show we''re calling "Northwest Treks". There are three of us
in the show. Loren Lukens throws and sip-casts some of the best pots in the
Northwest. Kurt Johnson is getting amazing results from his new wood-fired
train kiln. And I'm showing Northwest landscapes in glazed tile and
water-soluble colored pencil. We're calling it Northwest Treks because the
three of us have gone backpacking together every year for the past 18 years.
I hope to see some of you there.
