Hi Ron, Thank you for responding to the venting question-My husband
apparently just wanted me to think he didn't know what to do. It was my
birthday last Saturday and he surprised me when I came home. He had a
separate area in the glaze room enclosed in plastic on a wood frame and he
used a stove hood with venting through a window. He is also thinking of
putting and elephant vent closer to the area where I am mixing the
chemicals because there doesn't seem to be quite enough draw plus in
Monona's book it says it isn't good for the chemicals to be drawn straight
up past your face. He is also thinking of using a hepa filter to trap the
dusts before they can be deposited outside the window- so pretty soon it
will be already. I have a quick glaze question. If I change the frit in
your Glossy base 1 to frit 3124 and lower the talc to 5% and add 6%
whiting to make up for lowering the talc-will it make the glaze unstable?
