The Steamboat Springs Arts Council in conjunction with Ceramic Design
Group is hosting an international juried show called The Slipcast
Object that will be opening on November 12, 2004 at the Eleanor Bliss
Center for the Arts at The Depot in Steamboat Springs, CO.

Entry Deadline: August 2, 2004

There will be cash prizes and a publication! As far as we know, there
hasn't been a show dedicated to the slipcast object. Our intent is to
create a reference point for the artists working in this specialized
niche.
Ceramic Design Group will also be hosting a weekend workshop given by
Richard Notkin in conjunction with the opening. The dates are the 13th
and 14th of November, 2004.
