When I sent a letter of congrats to Sherman Hall of CM I copied it to Dick
Lehman. I have always enjoyed Dick's writing and the macro images of his
woodfired surfaces in this past CM issue blew my mind. He wrote back and
thanked me and said in over 35 articles written this was the FIRST
compliment he had ever received. He had been called a no nothing a-hole but
had never received a bouquet.
One of the most effective ads I ever saw in CM was a white space with the
only thing in it- www.dicklehman.com
A clever guy doing so great writing and excellent work. That goes for
Sherman and staff as well.
