'fraud' on the 'e-bay'...
Hi Cindi,
You mention the idea of reporting 'fraud' on 'e-bay', to
'e-bay'...
This would be one's expectation...as something one could do
in the event of a misrepresentation or deception as the
other party had not afterward in respect to one's appeals,
made good on to correct or ammend....
But unfortunately, there is no referee...no overseer...
The facts of the matter are this: 'e-bay' has no interest in
anyone's notions of fraud or deciet or deception as may have
occured on 'e-bay'.
'e-bay' does have a capricous and incinsistant interest in
their own sentimental notions of what may not be sold on
'e-bay'...that...they are into sometimes very
heavy-handedly...
Nor will they remove on appeal, an entirely false, or false
and defamitory 'feedback' as can be put there by a decietful
party in a transaction.
There is no recourse...or, almost none anyway...lets say
"almost none" and no one I know has any idea of how to get
any help or exception to it, as far as 'e-bay' itself goes,
if one gets burned. Or if 'e-bay' itself burns you for that
matter, which sometimes happens too.
At least so far as I know anyway, or as far as anyone I know
of, knows...
