now, this is the honest truth, no kidding.
no lies...
i was driving down highway 494 today and
was following this truck full of ticks and
i saw this white thing bouncing out the back
of the truck....i swerved, left and right....
and stopped.
and, god @#^$if it wasn't a potters wheel.
yah...an old used one.
sorta nice....works ok..but, what the hell.
small, it might say artista on it...creativeillustra...
all smeared.
anyway. i cleaned it up. made a couple of pots
on it...nice ones, very artistic. carved some
stuff...did snakes...you know how i love snakes
and ticks...well, anyway.
i thought of arti's snakes, and how he goes on
about stuff. long posts and gives us all a pain
in the ass....you know arti.
anyway.
got a big box, shoved the wheel inside, and waved
to the brown truck guy and said.
`hey, brown truck guy, take this to arti in texas.`
he said, `you mean that dorky guy that writes so much
on clayart about snakes and stuff?`
i said `that's him.`
crap, he knew where arti lives.
so, it is on the way.
this is a true story.

let us get things straight.
there are many on clayart that are helping
a great many folks in need.
they jump right in.
i am the facilitator, just like joyce is.
it is not me, joyce.
it is us.
the network of trusted friends.
so, don't shower much on me.
it is us.
arti will be one of the givers as soon as he
is able. just like 5 or 6 others have done.
it is the hand up the ladder that we need.
that is easy.
the arrogant, the selfish, the pigs of this
world live in their own slop.
we will never be that.
