Hi Clayarters,
I have converted the Peeler Ceramic Art Films from VHS to DVD with menus
at the beginning so you can jump to any of the four films on each of the
"Potters of USA and Japan" and "Methods" tapes. The quality is still analog
since they were originally recorded on 16mm and converted to Beta Video
masters. The main advantage is being able to jump to the part that one wants
to view.
If you want more information on the films you may go to my website and also
feel free to write me at:
cwag@abcs.com
or visit this web site
http://www.abcs.com/cwag
We will give a discount to anyone that has already bought the VHS versions.
My main interest is to keep the memory of Richard Peeler alive. He was a
wonderful potter, sculpture and teacher.
You may have seen the Peelers work during NCECA on display at the
Indianapolis Art Center "Indiana Expatriates" exhibition. The tapes were
playing next to the glass case where their work was displayed.
Thank you and please feel free to write,

Thank GOD I read the entire post on this one!
At first glance my gutter brain headed right there and I looked forward to
seeing titles of films about stripping potters.
What could that be I wondered? I know we have some eccentrics on here (and I
include myself - trust me) but peelers??? woohoo!
Bring on the male dancers dripping in wet clay!!!
Penni
heaving herself out of the gutter - again =o(
