Hi All
I will post my 3 designs of Chicken Broasters that I make. The ""secret""
if you can call it that, is made in one piece, glazed inside and out
[except the bottom]. I fire them to cone 10 reduction but I'm sure any
firing and an almost vitreous clay would work. Keeping the vapour in the
chicken is the "secret", if you can call it that. I'll also post the
receipes, everything will be on my web site SAP.
