I walked the areas between the hotel and convention center and did not =
find it to be unsafe! The board has also walked these areas.

12.5%

Wyndham Baltimore Inner Harbor

The Days Inn is 2 1/2 blocks from the Radisson and Wyndham and across =
the street from the Baltimore Convention Center.

All reservations must be received by the cut off dates and guaranteed =
with a credit card or one night's deposit by check or cash.

Hmmmm, I find it hard to believe that promoters can't get a better rate than
this for completely filling the hotels for four nights! I often go to
conventions/symposiums in DC and in fact there is a world convention in
downtown DC in 2005 and they got rates of $125. Guaranteed "room nights"
sure drops these rates if people negotiate well.

Heck...what's the usual AARP price?? :>)

Before I make reservations I want to know which hotel the
Clayart room will be located. Hopefully it will be in a
hotel with a covered walk way to the Convention site. I know
that the NCECA will have a block of rooms . Could we do the
same for Clayarters?
