That is, hold down the Alt key. Press the sequence 155 on your numeric
keypad (not the numbers above the normal keyboard). Release the Alt key.

With Macs it is just Option-4 =A2=A2=A2=A2=A2=A2=A2=A2=A2=A2=A2. Very =
easy.
