ot: light at end of carpal tunnel

It's a bummer. And depending on how bad the carpal tunnel bit had=20
gotten, you may never get the full strength back But, let me tell you=20
(1 surgery left hand, three on right) that it takes about a year to=20
recover fully. At least it did me. The first go arounds were when I
was 50/51 and that took a good six months. The next took longer, but=20
then I was a good 20 years older.

So be of good cheer. DO NOT force yourself to do stuff. It sounds like =

you are doing it just at the right pace and in the right way.

Lili--who right now is waiting to have Orthopedist decide whether=20
stoking wood kiln is good or not for my neck and spine. (How do S/M=20
types do it? How does one get to enjoy pain? Can't they give lessons=20
to us older folk who suffer from arthritis etc?)
