I have been luckier than smarter. I have been off CLAYART for a
long time. I am plagued with spam and work.. I know that is no
excuse because I certainly owe a lot to you folks.
I currently have three pieces in a show in Mobile if any of you are
down that way and want to see what is up. They are all sawdust
and wood fired.
I am moving forward on the Line Project, so if any of you are near
the coordinate lines of 106 degrees 37 minutes West or 37 degrees
23 minutes North, I would love to visit with you.
I think I am going to Cuba in a few weeks to visit with Ceramic
Artists and try to bring back an exhibition and two artists for the
2006 Alabama Clay Conference.
In July and August, I head west for a month for a little R and R and a
whole lot of lying about pots with Merrie, Tim and anyone else that
fills my doorway. We hope to have some trout to lie about too.
Life is good and I remain truly lucky and blessed. Maybe with the
exception of that one little kidney stone last week. I wanted to make
a glaze but my doctor took it.
Give me a direct holler if you need anything.
