Dear Mel:
Thanks for encouraging me to ask my question about a
catenary/bourry combo kiln. I have had messages from
3 people telling me who has made them and where I
can get more info. What a great list this is!!!

Always loved that old musical.
We have a lot of female students
who will be building this kiln with me.
As for being a "fair cook".
Mel, you won our first "Iron Chef"
because my grill was knew
and I didn't know how hot it would be.
You just HAPPENED to use the upper shelf
and your salmon came out perfectly steamed
and way better than mine.
( Mine was charred to a frazzle!)
But it won't happen again.
SO I am ready for our next IRON CHEF.
I dare you.
