mug exchange problems?

Now that a couple of months have gone by, I hope the stay-at-home mug
exchange has pretty much been completed. I would like to hear from anyone
who was not able to successfully complete their exchange -- couldn't ever
get in touch with your partner, sent a mug but didn't receive one, whatever.
Several of you contacted me in the middle of the process because you were
having some difficulty, and I'd like to know if things got resolved (and even
more if they didn't). Thanks for your help.
