hey, enough of this bubble level stuff.
potters do not need levels to put a pot
on a chuck.

makes me embarresssssed.

when i taught last month in wash d.c.
harrisburg and marywood.....all the students
learned to tap center in about 15 minutes.
everyone.

gd it.
it is so easy to do.

levels indeed.
caprenters, not potters use levels.

Oh, hooey to that. Craig Martell uses a bulls eye level. I saw him using
it several times in pictures a series about one of his workshops. I didn't
know what is was so I asked on Clayart. Several people enlightened me and I
have added a bulls eye level to my USA summer shopping list. Looks handy to
me.

Just call me a non-purist. I don't care. I have a mirror in front of my
wheel too...

Hey Mr. Wizard, er Mayor!
Time to break out that 2 X 4 again .

Let's see...if I put that bubble level
on a mirror, and spin it at 20,000 rpms
and shine a laser at it...I think that gives
me the equivalent of a "Star Wars AntiMissle
Defense System, doesn't it? Or is it a
checkout scanner at the supermarket?
And all this from humble potters! Amazing!
