Hi all;
I bought some Hammerite paint for my rusty kiln lid. The kiln is a round
top-loader. Little bits of paint are flying into my kiln for my last 2
firing.
The instruction says 2nd coat painted within 8 hours. It doesn't say how
long is the set time for the final coat. Because it has heat involved when
the paint is set; How long do I have to wait before I can do a firing?
Also, I'm looking for a quick fix - just to paint the rims for the rusty
part. Anything else I should look out for?
