Dear Earl Krueger,
In principle I accept your metaphor of the "Black Box" though "Water
created during firing" and "Chemically Combined Water" are not
synonymous. You and I know that. Perhaps you way is acceptable in the
World of Arts and Crafts.
But when technical problems are to be solved, is it better to use the
rubric of the Craftsman or the Principles of the Scientist?
