Can anyone tell me what size mesh I should buy to screenprint an outline in wax resist on bisque tiles? Also if I buy screenprinting glazes what size mesh would I need then? I am anxious to try this!

Finer detail requires finer mesh. Not much detail from 96 - 110 mesh but
that may be needed for a glaze application. Fine detail would be best
printed 175 - 305 mesh but color needs to be like an overglaze fired to
melt into the fired base glaze. Stains mixed into your base glaze at 20
- 40% will work in a squeege medium if well blended and will pass at 260
mesh for fine detail. Never used wax resist but it would also pass that
mesh and thickness isn't critical like in a glaze or overglaze. You may
want to consider water slide decals for better registrtion and other
advantages.

Wendy,
I use a 12xx screen to screen "waxline" from Axner, Laguna has one that is
called "art-line" I haven't tried it. Wish I had the formula for making my
own.
I do not know how to screen glazes, I use accordion glue bottles to apply
the glazes. I get them through Wood Craft Supply. If you want more detail
let me know.
