Pat -
For reasons I do not know, Tony Hansen has redesigned the Digitalfire =
website so it requires you to sign up and have a password in order to =
access information. I expect that Tony has a good reason, but I don't =
like this one bit. It impedes rather than assists access to =
information. I was delighted to have Tony put my terra sig article on =
the Digitalfire website, because it allows easy access for people who =
can use this information. But now access has become more complicated, =
because there are LOTS of people who WILL NOT sign up for YET ANOTHER =
password in order to get access, even though the Digitalfire website =
contains such a wealth of information. Tony, if you read this, I think =
that adding this feature is a mistake. =20

In my case the solution is simple. I need to update my terra sig =
article, and I will add it to my own website so that anyone can have =
access to it whenever they want. =20

But in the mean time, in order to access my terra sig article, you will =
have to sign up on the Digitalfire main page, and they will email you a =
password, and then you can go back to Digitalfire and access whatever =
you want. Just enter "terra sigillata" in the search box after "search =
articles" and my article will be one of the choices. =20

Let me point out that Tony Hansen is a very honorable person, and when =
they promise that you will not recieve any spam, and that your email =
address will not be shared, I know they mean it. So I do not think that =
there is any risk involved. =20
Best wishes -=20
