Does anyone know where I can get a copy of Greg Daly's Glazes & Glaze
Techniques: A Glaze Journey? Amazon is trying to get it for me, but if I can get it
sooner, I'd sure rather.

Thanks!
Gaye

Hi Gaye,

Both axner.com and bigceramicstore.com list it in their books listings. I
can't remember where I got mine. Great book though. I expect that many other
ceramic suppliers will have it also.

One point though, I have not seen it subtitled "A Glaze Journey" before.
I know it by "Glazes and Glazing Techniques", although he uses reference to
a glaze journey in it if I remember. I think this is the same thing but just
in case.

Hi Gaye,

I know Axner and The Potters Shop carries it. I suspect
bigceramicstore.com and other pottery supply dealers do too. Buying
ceramic books from our pottery supply dealer friends is almost always
better than a place like amazon.com. The prices are usually competitive
and the selection and service are almost always better. Plus we are
helping keep our potter friends in business. So call whoever you get
your supplies from--if they don't have it call one of the "national"
pottery supply dealers like those above.

By the way, that is a good book. I particularly like the section of
glaze application. Greg is a master at that.

Regards,

John

Try The Potters Shop. Good service, competitive prices, independent businessman. No website; give Steve Branfman a call or send an email.
