We went to Kasama today. Ate cold, fresh hand made Soba
noodles for lunch. Nothing better on a hot day! Instead of the
Aichi collection, we saw Bizen work. Here is a photo of genuine wood
firing "Hairy Potters" in Hawaiian Shirts, standing in front of a funky
Shigaraki Tsubo:

Examining the broken edges, we could see that the jar was broken before
it was fired. We saw this at the Kasama Antique Flea Market.
Everything Craig wanted to buy weighed at least 100 pounds. I saw a
great Okinawan funeral house, that would be great to put my ashes in
someday, but I didn't have $2,500.00 on me to buy it. Someday!

Aloha Ababi! We will miss you!
