Hello all,
I have recently acquired a Knight kiln in pristine condition. It is in perfect condition. The problem is that the company is no longer in business, and there is no book/guide/paperwork of any kind to go with it. I also have no experience with knight kilns and was wondering if it was a good brand, or did it break down a lot, etc....
So... I was wondering if anyone out there on the list might know of how to go about getting any info. I checked the archives first, and there wasn't any info I could use, except to find out I can get my elements at Euclids. (Yeah! I can still get elements! )
Any info will be greatly appreciated. The kiln is a knight model 82, it's probably 9 years old, but it has not ever been loaded or fired, so its in perfect condition (or at least appears to be!)
Thanks in advance!
Melanie

Melanie, if the kiln looks like it's in perfect condition, then it probably is close to it. As long as you can still get elements, I wouldn't worry about obtaining the other parts. They are probably available even though the kiln is no longer manufactured.
Sincerely,
