i just made my first real handle. (well second, did the first one
in 1959.)
out of reed. soaked, and shaped to fit
the teapot.
tony and sheila will be thrilled.

i am going to bind it with bailing wire.
tight.
it looks ok. fred neetleship will turn in his
grave. i bought my first reed handles from him
in 1964. shipped from the east coast of england with
a note.

`may our crafts blend together in beauty and harmony`
yours, fred august/ 1964 12 pounds/6 shillings.
