I have found the best results using diamond encrusted
hole saws.I found mine on ebay and they work like a hot
knife through butter.Go on Ebay>

This is the cats meow when it comes to putting holes
in any glass or ceramic. You must use a drill press due
to the fact that hole saws do not find center so they must
be held stable along with the item you are drilling on.
