Hi Paul,
I suggest you read the hazards associated with Antimony - some compounds
have significant amounts of arsenic associated. The metal can have adverse
reproductive effects.
Some sources can be skin absorbed - and much more.
Anyone using it should make sure kilns are properly ventilated at the very
least.
Any glazes that can come in contact with food should be stable and durable.
